Jacqueline DeCarlo at Kirabo

Just a reminder to everyone that Jacqueline DeCarlo, author of Fair Trade: A Beginner's Guide, will be speaking at Kirabo Friday and Saturday.  Please call Kirabo to reserve a spot as seating is limited.  (517) 337-8000

There is also an hourly gift give-away and coffee-cuppings.  You can sample some amazing coffee from Higher Grounds, a Traverse City fair trade coffee roaster.  I've had some myself, and it was spectacular.  See you there!

Everybody, this is our big event.  Members from all around the community will gather in Michigan State University's Student Union building to celebrate fair trade, community unity, and listen to our guest speakers present and inform about fair trade.  If you are new to fair trade and just want to learn about it, or if you have been involved in fair trade groups for years, this is a great opportunity to learn and get involved.
